N41deg55.468' W91deg25.448' Large (6-7 in. diameter) showy flowers, color is white with pinkish-purple venation at the base of each petal. Leaves are 2 to 5 inches long by 1/2 to 3 inches wide, pubescent, simple, entire, pinnate venation. Leaf buds are very hairy and the bud covering breaks off to reveal the new leaves.
